You know how much money you are getting back or 2. There is no longer a mystery about how much you owe. Either way, the dirty deed is done and you have completed your income taxes! Whether you finished your taxes early, are sliding in sideways to the post office or an accountant who has made it through one more tax season, kick back and celebrate your accomplishment with this bitter sweet cocktail. Income Tax Cocktail

Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1/4 oz sweet vermouth
- 1/4 oz dry vermouth
- 1 oz orange juice
- Angostura bitters to taste
- orange twist for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the orange twist.
