Salsa Dance with Your Chicken

Dancing Chicken

Put some salsa on that naked chicken and teach it to dance! No more wall flower chicken. It’s party chicken time. Bathe the chicken in some Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle with lemon pepper before you take it to the grill. Then drape the chicken in a mango salsa dress and your chicken will entertain you!

Ingredients:

1 mango, peeled and cubed
1 avocado, cubed
1 small red or orange bell pepper, diced
1 tbs red onion, minced
1 tbs cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced (Mexican or Key Lime if possible)
1 tbs Agave Nectar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Dice the red onion and squeeze the lime juice over the onions to soften the strong onion flavor. Set aside while you chop the other ingredients. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and let them mingle for 20 minutes so flavors can meld. Serve over grilled chicken, fish or pork loin. This is also great as a dip with tortilla chips!
