January 1, 2011 ~ A Fresh Start!

New Beginnings
 Happy New Year 2011
Is it only symbolic or does it really matter? We like to find signs in things around us to help us believe that all is well, we are going the right direction, have made the right decision; so does it matter if the sign is real or just helps us stay on the optimistic path? We begin the New Year with numbers that shout “fresh start”! 1/1/11. The new beginning. The number 11 has been believed for years to hold spiritual and mystical powers.

In Numerology, 11 is a Master or Power Number and represents visionary, refinement of ideals, intuition, revelation, artistic and inventive genius.
Da Vinci was also linked to the number 11. In his painting, the Last Supper, there are 11 rectangles on the wall and a balancing of 11 visible hands on the right and 11 visible hands on the left.
Oprah has chosen 1/11/11 as her launch date for her new network. And many people rushed to get married on this mystical day as it represents success in relationships and luck. As always, we all really make our own luck, but the universe can help us make progress no doubt!
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” Anais Nin
Decide today that you will look at your life and choose to stay on your current path or try something new that you have wanted to do but were afraid you might not be able to.
If you knew that you could not fail, what would you choose?
It is only fear that keeps us from living our best life. Each of us has a fear, a belief that holds us back from living the life we only allow ourselves to dream about occasionally. So what is fear?

You can be the change you want in the world by being true to your passions, following your heart and leading by example. Let the New Year be a new beginning as you discover the path to real joy in your life.
“At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person.
Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us.”
Whose light will you rekindle this year?
