Chia Fresca
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/3 cup agave nectar
- 1 cup fresh lime juice or lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix the chia seeds with 1 cup cold water. Let stand 15 minutes.
Mix 3 cups cold water and the agave nectar in a medium pitcher, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the lime juice and stir to combine. Mix in the chia seeds.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve over ice.
Serves 4.
