“Mojito,” means “to cast a little spell,” and originated in Cuba. These drinks have become so popular that all kinds of twists to the original are popping up. The Greek spin on the cocktail is made with Metaxa, a Muscat-sweetened brandy, instead of rum.
Adjust the sugar and lime juice depending on how sweet or tart you like your Mojitos. Go Greek!
