I don’t know about you, but when Valentine’s Day falls on a weekend I have no desire at all to dine out with massive amounts of people. The service level is not stellar on Valentine’s Day anyway but a weekend absolutely guarantees the romance will be killed.
I’m sure you have friends that would love a romantic option with people they care about. Invite a few couples over for appetizers and champagne to get their evening started and then send them home to create their own special celebration. You can finish off the rest of the punch with your special someone!
Champagne punch is a great way to serve a group and still have the special feeling that only a cocktail with champagne can offer.
