Pumpkin pie says Thanksgiving but sometimes you just don’t have room for dessert. Well just like jello, there’s always room for a cocktail! Voila! Pumpkin pie in a glass! Oh so yummy and it is the perfect end to a very festive day.
Make a batch of cocktails ahead of time and rim your glasses so when all the leftovers are put away, all you have to do is pour, put your feet up and relax!
Pumpkin Pie Martini Ingredients:
- Graham cracker, crushed
- Honey
- 1/2 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
- 2 Tbs canned pumpkin puree
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur
- Whipped Cream
Directions:
Place graham cracker crumbs in a shallow dish. Pour honey in to a shallow dish and coat rim of martini glass with honey. Dip into graham cracker crumbs and gently swirl to coat. Lift the glass while still holding it upside down and remove any crumbs from the inside rim. Set glass aside.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla vodka, and Bailey’s. Shake vigorously until very chilled. Strain into the rimmed glass carefully so you don’t get crumbs in the drink. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of pie spice for garnish.
